On Site Stay
On Sight Stay Overview
Those staying on site will be provided a three night stay at apartment style accommodations surrounding the castle. All accommodations include bedrooms, bathrooms, a kitchen and seating area. TV, internet and AC are included. For those driving in, parking is available as well.
For guests staying on site, we kindly ask that you send us a picture of your passport to speed up the check-in process. Your information will be logged with the venue to ensure we know who is on site and where they will be staying. If you do not send your passport picture, please see Alberto upon check-in to complete the registration process.
September 5
Day 1: Arrival
Check in is between 3:45 PM and 5:30 PM, but before 5 is preferred. If you did not send a picture of your passport prior, please see Alberto to complete the check-in process.
For those who need it, shuttle services will be provided from the Florence airport and train station. Please let us know your expected arrival time in Florence and we will coordinate shuttle service arrivals. Shuttle services will not pickup from Rome. If you are coming in from Rome, please take the train into Florence and pickup will be provided at the train station. For more information on how to reach Florence, click here.
A castle tour, wine tasting and welcome dinner will be provided for the evening from 6-9 PM. The welcome dinner includes:
Organic pasta with fresh vegetables
Pappa al pomodoro (an old tuscan speciality)
Organic spelt salad
Homemade bread with in house EVO oil
Two types of Crostini
Tuscan Salami
Pecorino Cheese
Roasted pork, tuscan style
Two bottles of red and two bottles of white wine per table
September 6
Day 2: The Wedding
Breakfast will be provided from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the restaurant.
The morning breakfast will include:
Homemade cakes
Scrambled eggs
Bacon
Fresh ricotta
Organic yoghurt
Homemade jams, honey and butter
White and whole wheat bread
Fresh seasonal fruit
American coffee, espresso, and cappuccino
An assortment of tea
Cold and hot milk
Fruit juices and mineral water
Guests may relax by the pool or venture out, but we kindly ask that everyone is seated for the ceremony by 4:30 PM. Click here for additional details on the wedding day itinerary.
September 7
Day 3: Free Day
Guests are given a full free day to do as they please. On sight accommodations include information on local activities, such as horseback riding and hiking, as well as pools and lookout spots for those who would like to take the day to relax.
Brunch will be provided from 10 AM to 12 PM at the restaurant. The restaurant must be cleared by 12:15 PM.
The brunch menu includes:
Caprese salad
Quiches
Boiled eggs
Pancakes
Tuscan cold cuts
Selection of tuscan cheeses
Stew vegetable salad
Butter and jams
White and whole wheat break
American coffee
Cold and hot milk
An assortment of tea
Ice tea, fruit juices and mineral water
A goodbye dinner will be provided exclusively for those staying on site from 6 PM to 8:30 PM.

Tuscan fettunta (toasted bread seasoned with garlic, EVO oil, salt and pepper)

Bardiccio sausage from Pontassieve

September 8
Day 4: Departure
Breakfast will be provided on this day from 8:30 AM to 10 AM at the restaurant. The morning breakfast will include the same items that were provided on September 6.
Guests must checkout before 10 AM. Guests are welcome to checkout and enjoy their breakfast after if preferred.
For those who need it, shuttle services will be provided to one of the following two locations:
The Florence airport
The Florence train station
Please let us know ahead of time if you would like to use the shuttle service and to which location you would like to be dropped off at.
